TALKING
I became an authority at talking to strangers, groups of people, women etc. Talking has always been something I've been good at. I have no problem approaching anyone to talk about anything. I believe I learned this skill from my father and my grandfather because they both are extremely good public speakers. My father has a real estate business so he deals with people everyday and has acquired skills from my grandfather, who was a senator in New Hampshire for 18 years. They always seem to know what to say and at the right time. I have seen them make countless speeches infront of crowds at charity events or town meetings, and it comes to them naturally. I just keep watching them and take little mental notes on what to do and what not to do. Hopefully, this skill will lead me into the field of television or radio broadcasting, because I feel like those fields would come easy to me and not bore me at all. I've heard people tell me I can't talk my way through life, but I'm out to prove them wrong.

In Class: Writing as Inquiry
It was difficult for me to understand writing as inquiry because I didn't read and I don't have the book yet. I don't have a clue what writing as inquiry means. It could mean different types of writing but I had pizza, fried chicken, fruit, jello, and an omelet. It was a good meal. I was very tired when I woke up this morning. The walk over here with Hunter was more like a sleepwalk. I didn't know it could rain in Texas, because its been sunny here almost everyday. I hope my next class' professor lets us out early again, because last time he thought are class ended at 10:30am instead of 10:50. None of us said anything to him, because we couldn't wait to get out of there. It was a boring lecture on history, and it was putting me to sleep. I don't know what else to type, but I realize I have to look busy so I'm typing this sentence.

Hello, my name is Bobby and I'm from Hampton, New Hampshire. It's about 30 minutes from Boston. This is my first year at TCU and my major is Television, Film, Digital Media. I first heard from TCU by the football team, because they had an open spot on the roster for a kicker to do kickoffs. When I came down here I liked it, because everyone was nice.
If I was chancellor of TCU I would get rid of all 8AM classes on campus. I think a good teacher is funny, interactive, and tries to make their subject as interesting as possible.
